Russia is a wild place, especially when it comes to driving. The population is well aware of this — in fact, they’re so paranoid about other drivers and insurance fraudsters that dash cams are everywhere, which is why we get so many good and terrifying videos from them!

This can be a problem for road workers. When they’re just trying to do their jobs and block off a section of the road, a driver will come by and effectively say, “Oh no you don’t,” causing them to have to restart the road blockage all over again.
