20 Evil People From History Who Won
Many people like to believe in Karma, comforting themselves in the thought that bad people eventually get what's coming to them. But if they believe that, then they also must believe in some concept of an afterlife, because these 20 evil people from history never faced the justice they deserved for their horrible actions. Here are some of the most evil people in history, who won the game of life in spite of that.
Predictably, dictators feature frequently on this list. Without an uprising, dictators can sit on their throne of wealth and power without consequences for the atrocities their people are going through. Kim Jong Il of North Korea fits this description, enjoying every pleasure life had to offer, while denying his people the same right. He ultimately died of a heart attack at the age of 70, and now his son continues his legacy and lifestyle. It is an uncanny run for a dictatorship. One can't imagine Putin, for example, dying of natural causes.
Idi Amin of Uganda was eventually ousted as that country's ruler, but thanks to the Saudis, he was able to live out his years under the most glorious house arrest anybody could ever ask for.

Kim Jong Il. He lived in the lap of luxury while the vast majority of his country lived in abject poverty. He got steak and lobster every night, expensive alcohol imported from all over the world, had a film collection of 20,000 movies including Western films that were illegal for anyone else to own, was infallible and worshiped by the very people he was oppressing. -
2.
