Two Lululemon Employees Allegedly Fired For Calling Cops on Shoplifters
Two Lululemon employees have supposedly been fired from their jobs after they called the police on three men in ski masks who were ransacking their Atlanta metro area store.
Most department stores have a strict 'no chase' policy and according to the women, Lululemon employees are required to call 911 after "the suspects have left the store."
In the video, one of the women follows the men out of the store, though she refrains from a physical confrontation. According to Lululemon's chase policy, employees are barred from "chasing or physically engaging with a thief."
Are you kidding me.
