At the wholesome intersection of epic and WTF, a hilarious madman decided to give his parents a "quick skype call" -- while jumping out of an airplane. In the video, which was taken a few years ago but only recently surfaced online, the young man puts a wide smile of disbelief on both of his parents while free-falling from clouds.

The clip was actually shot by travel company Hostelworld with several other people also calling their parents, but it's this guy and his mom and dad that really take the cake for smile-inducing awesomeness. You have to appreciate that one of the first things his dad says when seeing him jump is "F--k off!"

Mad props to the madman for pulling it off -- we salute the coolness and hope the dude is still out there living it up. We can only assume he's doing something offbeat somewhere unexpected.
