That’s not going to help their case.

Former Colombian President Álvaro Uribe is currently facing charges of bribery and witness tampering, which he denies.

Things haven’t really been going well in the trial, though that’s not necessarily related to the facts of the case. Instead, the trial has had a few, umm, “technical glitches” — by which I mean the prosecution accidentally played a video of a little person dancing and of a vulva tweeting like a bird.

Apparently, the lead prosecutor was showing the judge some files extracted from the phone of lawyer Juan José Salazar. While the prosecutor was intending to play audio recordings of conversations between Salazar and another lawyer, she instead opened two other files: one containing a video of a little person doing a dance, and another that was, let’s just say, interesting.
