There’s a Poop Geyser in Russia Now
Well, that’s probably not supposed to happen, right?
Some parts of Russian life look kind of shitty. Generally, this isn’t to be taken literally, but in this case, if you’re a resident of Moscow’s Novaya Moskva district, you may soon be covered in a thick layer of feces.
According to Newsweek, an eruption at a sewage pipeline in the area caused fecal matter to shoot over 180 feet into the air continuously, raining poop upon all who dared come close enough to it.
Gazprom, the Russian state gas company, says that the explosion was due to routine fumigation of the pipes and that efforts are being made to clean things up as soon as possible. For the time being, however, the neighborhood is probably going to smell a bit foul.
Moscow Telegram channels report that the sewage system in Moscow broke down.
