In the past few years, some men have become obsessed with achieving a certain aesthetic: that of the “ideal man.”

Unfortunately, this doesn’t involve any meaningful introspection. Instead, it seems to be rooted mostly in the importance of listening (and giving your money) to grifters, going to the gym and eating some of the most disgusting foods imaginable.

These behaviors, believe it or not, generally turn other people away — and so, these men end up congregating at retreats where they can tell each other they’re “powerful,” despite not a single person respecting them over the course of their lives.
