‘Vomit Therapy’ Doesn’t Seem Very Therapeutic

There’s a new trend taking over the world of alternative medicine. That trend is called “kambo therapy,” and it involves ingesting frog poison until you inevitably throw up.
Sound like a bad plan? Of course it is. People have already died from doing it, and while the frog has been used in religious ceremonies for generations, you’re not a South American indigenous spiritual healer — you’re an I.T. worker in suburban Connecticut, and you’ll get the same “rejuvenative” effect from vomiting as if you just ate at the D-rated kebab shop down the street.
If you’re going to lick frogs, at least have the decency to lick the ones that also get you high.
