Everything works a bit differently in space.

While all of us here on earth have to deal with pesky things like gravity, up in orbit, they can bounce around to their heart’s content, provided that they avoid bumping into any crucial equipment.

That said, things not going down when you drop them can cause a host of issues. One of those issues concerns eating. For example, how are you supposed to put ketchup on your food if you don’t want to risk it flying all over the place and turning your billion-dollar space capsule into the Shining elevator?
