We’ve all seen someone who has a talent that’s impossible to know how they discovered they had it in the first place. For example, everyone who says they’re double-jointed — you’re just telling me that one day you decided to see if your elbow went in the other direction? Why?

In this guy’s case, that talent is balancing things on his chin, and he does it at any possible opportunity he can get to do so. For example, here, he balances a grocery cart in the middle of a supermarket — much to the chagrin of the employees watching him.
