Is it just me, or is that searchlight getting closer?

Most of the time, a police investigation involves nothing more than taking down some names, calling a few people and then throwing the case on the pile with the rest of them. That’s one of the reasons why half of murders in this country are unsolved — no one wants to work anymore!
