Meet the Men Eating Raw Onions to Boost Testosterone

Are the abs worth it if you constantly smell like onions?


With more youngsters heading to the gym and “gym influencers” growing in popularity, there’s been an increased interest in PEDs.


In most cases, a person who’s new to the gym will build muscle just fine by increasing their protein intake, working out consistently and maybe supplementing with some creatine for the hell of it. However, that takes time, and who’s got that? I have shitty Netflix shows to watch!


And so, many turn to substances that they believe will allow them to grow muscles faster. One of those substances is testosterone. Of course, you could just inject yourself with more testosterone, but that requires either a) finding a guy who will sell it to you, or b) convincing your doctor that you need it. Given that both of these things are hard and involve talking to people, some turn to “natural” solutions.


Like eating raw onions.


Yeah, this is a real thing, and there’s actually some evidence to suggest that eating raw onions will actually increase your testosterone. That said, you will also inevitably reek of onions, and if you’re concerned about your testerone level (even though you probably shouldn’t be), you should go to a doctor, not the grocery store.


In short, stick to the whey protein and you should be fine. Or, at the very least, have a breath mint afterwards.
